How to create Teams

  1. Click Teams Icon
  2. Click Join or create a teams, then click Create a team
  3. Click From scratch





  4. Set the Permission settings for Teams
    -Public: Anyone in your org can join
    -Private: Need permission to Join
    Click Private and proceed to following steps



  1. Key in Team name and Click [Create]. 

Example: We use “Demo” as the team name.



  1. You may insert the colleagues email address, then click [Add].

  2. You may click Member drop down list, to assign different roles to this colleague. 
    Click [Close] to complete the Teams setup. 
  3. Once the Team were created, Team will show under your teams tab like below picture.
